Engineer, both mainframe and modern
I started on the IBM i platform in 2021 and never left — there is something deeply satisfying about systems that process billions reliably. At Broadridge I work on the investment banking and fixed income product lines, writing RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and CL against DB2 for i.
Alongside that, I completed an M.S. in Cybersecurity Management. The combination is deliberate: the financial systems I build are exactly the systems attackers want, so I build them with a defender's mindset — and I prototype the ideas on this site.
